Hello, I've Noticed A Bump On Upper Cheek Which Is

Hello, I've noticed a bump on upper cheek which is dark and a bit painful when i try to squeeze it but the dark surface can't be scraped off.The bump is about 2 mm in diameter , round and symmetrical and cystic in consistency. I have mild to moderate acne and i thought it was starting as a red bump but since yesterday I've noticed it was darker and little raised from surface. And I'm quite sure that there was anything like mole at that spot before. Is it just a scab like normal healing process or should i be concerned?
