Hello I've Recently Had A C Section And I'm On

Hello I've recently had a c section and I'm on anti depressants and anxiety medication I've also got high blood pressure issues, and I've just got this foul taste in my mouth I've got really bad anxiety issues at the minuite especially to thinking I'm dying other every little thing I feel like aches , my head has been in a confused state of mind for a while now but been getting better since today when my partner told me to get up and carry on (anxiety) I recently had a blood test showed my kidneys where fine am also a heavy smoker could u give me an insite to what it could be thanks the medicines I've recently took are paracetamol, codeine phosphate, diazepam, trannexamic acid, and ferrous fumarate and the other day the doctor gave me Librium I think it was called to calm me down to try and have an injection, even tho I haven't took the ferrous fumarate today or any paracetamol any help would be appreciated thanks Karen
