Hello, Just Curious.....My Friend's Doctor Is Not Concerned About His

Hello, Just curious.....My friend's Doctor is not concerned about his PSA level at 9.5 because it has not elevated in a year as it hovers between 9.5 and 10 . We both have friend all in our 60's now and they say 9.5 is very high from what their Dr's tell them ! Should he be concerned ? Should he request a biopsy ? Should he ask for another Dr. ? His Dr. is Kaiser . I'm trying to help him as he does not have a computer. Thank you, Dean
