Hello. Last 2014 Of June, I Stand Up On The

Hello. Last 2014 of June, I stand up on the chair cleaning something but unfortunately I suddenly fall down from a chair and side of my head, arms and hips hit on the wood floor pretty badly. I think I loss of consciousness for a seconds. But I soon got up from where I fell since no one is around to help me. After that I never go to the hospital to do CAT scanner. Because I think I am okay, I did not vomit or any blood coming out from my mouth or nose after that incident. Now I moved here in Canada since December and I'm just so worried cuz every I've noticed there's a little spot of blood when blowing my nose. And just now I noticed also when I tried to spit out, there's a stain of blood in my saliva. I just wanna ask if there's any problem with me or is this because of the chair accident?
