Hello, Last Sunday I Was Sitting In Church I Felt

Hello,
Last Sunday I was sitting in church I felt a heaviness in my shoulders. An hour later I got intense throbbng pain at the base of my neck and left shoulder. I have went to the hospitaltwotimes now and no testing has been done I am sent on my way with painkillers and muscle relaxers. The thing is this pain is getting worse. Now most of the pain is in the left side of my lower neck. I also have a very tender spot right above my left collar bone. The pain is shooting and throbbing. My blood pressure was also high both times I went to the er. I did nothing to strain or sprain my shoulder. Also it hurts in any position I am in. I am worried it is a blood clot
