Hello. Last Wednesday When I Was Walking I Had A

Hello. Last Wednesday when I was walking I had a foot twisted which led to a fracture on the place that my small finger of my right foot has joint with the main foot bone.
I went under a sergury after one day and the doctor fixed it with some pins. The sergury was supposed to be done with local anesthesia but as it took more time they used general anesthesia on me.
I feel no pain now and I am taking Zaltoprofen, Afloqualone and Rebamipide and I am reciving anti-biotics and anti inflammatory by injections.
What makes me worry is that I did not deficate since Wednesday till now (about 5 days) although I eat food well and I have no abdominal pain. Is it normal?
