Hello... Last Month I Did What Is Considered The Safest

Hello... Last month I did what is considered the safest colonoscopy prep (Golytely with electrolytes), followed instructions to the letter, and ended up in the ER with dangerously low sodium levels. Am afraid to ever try this again. I am a small woman (about 102 lbs, 5 feet tall) and maybe it was just too much fluid? I would appreciate any advice you could give!
