Hello, Last Night I Began Having Diarhhea And Vomiting. I

Hello, Last night I began having diarhhea and vomiting. I was up all night. It has subsided this morning but I am very weak throughout this day. I assume it was food poisoning...is that right? Are there other symptoms i should look for and other possible causes? Thank you. John
