Hello, Last Night I Took A Pregnancy Test But Accidentally

Hello, Last night I took a pregnancy test but accidentally dropped it in the toilet and was sure it was negative however today I looked at the test while putting it in the bin and it showed two pink positive lines is that possible, or do results change later on?
