Hello. Last Week Awoke With A Stiff, Painful And Numbing

Hello. Last week awoke with a stiff, painful and numbing feeling to my left hand that took three days to resolve. My blood pressure has been high for me as well the last two times I've taken it 135/78 (my norm is 95/60) I spoke with a physician friend who suggested it could be Reynauds but that doesn't seem to fit for me. Any other ideas?
