Hello, Little Background First Pregnancy. I Was Admitted To The

Hello, Little background First pregnancy. I was admitted to the hospital this past sunday with chest pains and contractions. My urine contained elevated liver enzymes and had protein present, I also at the time of admittance had high blood pressure, not sure what it was they didn't say, probably not to worry me. All labs have been normal throughout the pregnancy, minus low iron, which I a taking ferret for. they did 24 hour urine analysis, and some more blood work. when they got the test results back everything was 100% normal. What could have caused this spike? I know I had not been sleeping very well at most 4 hours due to insomnia. they said they couldn't explain what was going on and released me since I have a check up tomorrow. Anything I should be worried about?
