Long story short, condom broke during sex with an HIV positive partner who is currently on treatment and is at an undetectable viral load. I was receptive partner, with no ejaculation. I can't really afford a doctor visit and PEP, but can if necessary. Should I worry about PEP in this case? Also, can a nurse practitioner prescribe PEP medication? (It's less expensive if I visit a take care clinic that staffs nurse practitioners). Thank you
