My 10 year old daughter just came back from summer camp and has a red raised rash on her buttocks. She says it doesn't itch or hurt. She only has it on her bottom. Is this possibly bacterial? Can I wait to see if it improves on its own or should I take her in to an urgent care center now? Thanks
