Hello! My 11 Year Old Son Had A Circumcision 1

Hello! My 11 year old son had a circumcision 1 week ago Monday. He is having difficulty urinating. It comes out in multiple streams, it is painful, and there appears to be some sort of flesh-looking blockage/ plug sort of thing at the opening of the urethra. He is scheduled for a follow up in a week from today, however I'm concerned if I should take him sooner. Your advice please and thank you!
