Hello,
My 13 year old daughter has been surfing this afternoon for two hours. She said she swallowed salt water. Ever since we left the beach she complained of nausea then later of dizziness and a head ache. I have given her about a litre of water to drink and some dinner. She is still nauseous with a headache 4 hours later. Im pretty sure she didnt get suddenly ill, so I am assuming this is from swallowing water. What should i do?
