Hello. My 14 Months Old Baby Bends Her Knees While

Hello. My 14 months old baby bends her knees while standing or sometimes walking. I do breastfeed her and she doesn't want to eat any food. She has started to doing it more often now. She does fall sometimes it seems like she forgets to move her legs. Shall I be concerned? Thx
