My 15month son weighing 13kg started with congenctivitis then fever, cough and cold along with vomiting. Gave him fevago, Alex junior and emeset. Now his fever and vomitings are better but has frequent watery motions and is not ready to eat anything. What medicine can I give nw for motions?
