My 19 month old son has a hard small lump on the back of his pointer finger on the joint closest to his knuckle, I thought it was a ganglion cyst, it is hard like bone and causes him no pain. I have just noticed he also has another hard bump above his right ankle, also feels like bone with no pain when I press it. what could this be?
