Hello! My 2 Year Old Was Diagnosed With A Double

Hello! My 2 year old was diagnosed with a double ear infection 11 days ago. She was given 10 days of amoxicillin and 5 days of steroids due to a cough/flem. 7 days into the antibiotics she started throwing up and diarrhea (no fever). She threw up on and off 5 days with an intermittent appetite and only wanted milk to drink. She still has occasional diarrhea and has had 4 wet diapers today so dehydration doesn't seem to be the problem. She has now been about 48 hours without throwing up but is extremely lethargic and wants to sleep all the time. (She is NOT like this at all)... What should I do?? She has been lethargic since throwing up 6 days ago.
