Hello, My 76 Year Old Brother Has Had At Least

Hello, My 76 year old brother has had at least 3 strokes that his Doctor has told me. He says he is also 100 % blocked on his right side and is not a candaite for surgery. My brother is in a skilled nursing facility and still cannot speak to me and it has now been 8 months since this all happened. Do you think he will ever talk again ?
