Hello. My 88 Year Old Mom Is Experiencing Some Changes

Hello. My 88 year old mom is experiencing some changes in the last couple of months. She is on some new meds. Placid, Citalapram, Delsicol, Metaprolo and 2 thyroid meds Synthroid and Cytomel. COuld this combination of meds have something to do with her confusion, weakness, fatigue, and dry mouth and eyes
