My 93 year old mother just had an "episode" where her wrist and hand swelled, became red and sore, and she was totally unable to use it even to get dressed or snap her undergarments. I thought it may be bursitis, but it doesn't fit the mold online with what areas are generally affected by this problem. Any other ideas?
