Hello. My ALT Is At 178 And AST 100. CBC

Hello. My ALT is at 178 and AST 100. CBC came back ok with no elevations. Negative for Hepatitis. I drink about 3 glasses of red wine per week. Any suggestions as to why my LFT's are so elevated? I don't take NSAID's. I do have hypothyroidism, but I don't think that's related? If I have liver cancer, wouldn't my other lab work be off as well? Thank you.
