My CC is about getting pregnant. We have been trying for about a year with no results. I have a very regular period about 24 days. we did some work up. My husband results were completely normal. My sonogram, which was done on day 14 was normal and I had an 18 mm follicle. I have normal temp shift around day 12 or 13. My midluteal progesterone, on day 19 post temp shift, came up 0.70 ng/ml. And I have a 3.8 TSH. Other ormonal results were in normal range. I think I didn't obvulate by my own. can you help me to find what is my problem.
