Hello, My Dr Told Me That I'm Not Ovulating Because

Hello, My Dr told me that I'm not ovulating because my ovulation test came out negative for 5 days. He says there`s a blockage in my tubes so he gave me fertomid for the 2nd time and he did a scan too but did not find anything wrong there. will the fertomid help?
