Hello, My Fiance Slipped Out Last Week Becouse Of The

My Fiance slipped out last week becouse of the snow. He fell right on his bum. Right away he needed help to get up and couldnt sit in the car only on his Side or stomach. Since wednesday a day after it happend he is extremely sore and cramping pain he cant move or get up at all. Since yesterday the pain got stronger and the area right on his tailbone About his bum is extremely red, Swollen its like a bump and it feels hot as Well. He cant sit or walk without any pain the only thing that a little bit helps it hot water in the shower.
Please What should we do he is using painkillers vicodin but its not helping!
