Hello, My Grandmother Was Diagnosed With Throat Cancer 2 Years

Hello,

My Grandmother was diagnosed with throat cancer 2 years ago. Has had radiation which reduced the size of cancers in the throat. Two years on, doctors have said cancer is back has spread down her neck and into lymph nodes. She is coughing up sometimes a glass of blood a day and also has an abdominal aneurysm about 4 cms big. What is her life expectancy? She has become very frail and tired.
