Hello My Mom Has Been Having GI Trouble For Several

My Mom has been having GI trouble for several months. She has had a colonoscopy, CT scan, many blood tests and a complete cardiac workup for her weakness. The issues started with persistent diahrrea. After colonoscopy she started having muscle weakness... she went about 6 weeks without diarrhea but now it has been back for a couple of weeks. She is tring to get in with GI Dr but can' get into see him until next week. Starting Sunday she is worse with a very bitter taste in mouth and some nausea plus diarrhea... Does this additional symptom suggest anything? Sh
e started probiotics after her last dr's visit last week. Thank you
