My blood pressure is consistently high 144/97 just now as I'm sitting. I did it 2 more times consecutively after the first reading and only went down by a few points on each side. is it dangerous to leave it alone and continue to eat healthy and exercise as I do? My father had high BP and dies of a brain aneurism at the age of 35.
