Hello, My Brother Aged 14 Years Is Having Epileptic Problem

My brother aged 14 years is having epileptic problem since 2011 and hence been adviced Eptoin and due to its side effects was later on prescribed Valparin Chrono 300mg (one tablet in the morning and one in the evening). however since past months he has developed problem in walking and when we got the tests done it came out that there was laxk of Vitamin -C and D in his bones. Now he is also taking tablets for vitamin D. However I am concerned about him. What is the best can we do to help him cure his bone issue. He has to drag himself while climbing the stairs. He used to play lawn tennis and cricket. Please advice.
