My cockatiel is 19 y.o. Last year he lost all tail feathers and since then he is picking on his bum until it bleeds. Vets don't tell us any reasons for that and advised putting a collar. He is extremely disturbed wearing it. It's not a rectum bleeding, just that soar he's picking on. What to do in this case? Thank you
