Hello, My Daughter Has A Rash Mostly Confined To Her

Hello, My daughter has a rash mostly confined to her trunk area. Some patches are large, red, scaly and have a ring appearance. some are smaller and red with some scaling. We have been treating with Lotrimin because it appeared to be ring worm. Hasn't really improved over 2 weeks.
