Hello. My Daughter Has Had A Fever For The Past

Hello. My daughter has had a fever for the past 36 hours. It ranges from 99.6-101. It does go down with Motrin but will rise again within 6-7 hours. She is 6 months old. Normal eating and wet/dirty diapers. Only other symptoms are a runny nose and some "goopy" eyes (we have drops, thought it may be pink eye). She's happy and plays when fever is down
