Hello, My Daughter Is 2yrs Old And Hit Her Right

Hello,

My daughter is 2yrs old and hit her right head on a folded up stroller. We noticed that she has an indent about inch from her hairline (right corner). She's not complaining, and just cried. I did notice the indent was a couple centimeters but I noted a,small swelling right under the dent. Should I take her in or just keep watch?
