Hello. My Face Has Been Extremely Flush And Burning Up

Hello. My face has been extremely flush and burning up for the last two days so I thought I had a fever. However, I took my temp yesterday and today and it has been 96.8 degrees. I understand this is low but also that can be normal. Wondering if I need to go to the doctor or not? I feel fine except I'm very aware of my face feeling extremely hot.
