My fiance has been having pain in his left testicle for the past four days and sometimes there is an orange skin like discharge that comes out when he has to pee. He has gone to a doctor today because it is giving him so much pain that he can hardly sit down or stand to touch it. What could this be? We do not have sex nor have we ever because of his religious belief, he is also a virgin so I'm sure it's not an STD. In his culture it is considered a sin to touch one's self so he does not masturbate and this has me wondering if he is backed up with fluid in his testicle that is causing the orange flesh like discharge.
