Hello. My Girlfriend Recently Went To The ER For Some

Hello. My girlfriend recently went to the ER for some pretty intense abdominal pain in the lower region near her lady parts. The doctor said that it could be a few things:
Ectopic pregnancy
Apendicitis
Ruptured ovarian cyst

We ruled out the pregnancy wasn't the cause, and based off her symptoms, we don't think it's appendicitis. So here's my question: After multiple ovarian cysts have ruptured, what are the symptoms? She's having mid abdominal pain now, and she said it feels like gas, but she doesn't have any.
