Hello. My Husband Has Been An Incredibly Healthy Person All

Hello. My husband has been an incredibly healthy person all of his life. More than once the kids and I wold be sick in bed, and he would be fine. He is 57. Since January 1 he has had influenza, bronchitis, one cold after another, and now is waking up vomiting. Should we be concerned that there is something more serious going on?
