My husband has painful ejaculating, with watery semen, very low volume.
It has been the case for about 6 months, he got checked up and there has been no root cause that can be seen on mri.
We are hoping to conceive soon, and we are wondering if he should refrain from sex, if it will hinder the healing of the blockage, and if he is fertile while his semen is that way?
