My husband is 33 year old. Its been two months he is having diarrhea and/or dysentery kind of toilet and he is going to toilet soon after his meals as well. Recently we had some of his fluid, heart and blood tests; all came within the range of 'normal' except two reading: a) S. ALT (SGPT) came 92U/L and triglyceride is showing 299mg/dl. He has family history of diabetes, heart and high blood pressure. Can you please suggest me what should he do (exercise/diet/medications) to reduce these high reading. Thank you very much.
