Hello. My Husband Is 49 Years Old. Complaining Of Extreme

Hello. My husband is 49 years old. complaining of extreme fatigue and body aches since yesterday. Went straight to bed had no energy for dinner or shower. By noon today, already in bed again complaining just so tired/sleepy. Some nausea and still body aches everywhere he says even just moving.
He is always on the go. Works very long days (construction and remodeling business). Goes to bed late (1 - 3 am) Doesn't eat well. Doesn't drink water. Very active otherwise and appears healthy, weight is approximately 165 height 5'8". No history of medical conditions only stomach cancer runs in his family (Father and Grandfather).
