Hello! My Husband Is 59 And Had A Heart Attack

Hello! My husband is 59 and had a heart attack with 3 stents put in. He continues to smoke about a pack a day and drinks half a bottle of crown a day on his off days. He works shift work, so he works 14 days out of the month. I am worried about his life expectancy if he doesn't quit. If he keeps this up, what kind of time frame do you think he will have?
