Hello! My Husband Is Being Evaluated For Treatment For Liver

Hello! My husband is being evaluated for treatment for liver cancer--cholangiocarcinoma. He had a blood draw today. The doctor said he had a high level of "something" on his last test. This test should show about an 80 and he has 260. I am trying to get the name of the bloodiest (it would show the high level of the "something). I know it has to do with a possible autoimmune factor that actually end up with finding that he doesn't have liver cancer as what was thought to be a liver cancer is benign and is tied to this autoimmune problem. Can you tell me the name of the blood test that he might be getting, please?
