Hello, My Husband Just Had Blood Work Done The Other

Hello,
My husband just had blood work done the other day and everything came back completely normal and in most categories he tested better than age average... Now tonight suddenly he's complaining he has the worst headache of his life, feels cold, and is continuously vomiting. This all happened within the past hour. I don't know how or if he would have got food poisoning, we did have our fire place on all day- carbon dioxide exposure could do this?
Any input would be great. Thank you
