Hello, My Implanon Expired On January 7th But I Haven't

Hello,
My implanon expired on January 7th but I haven't taken it out yet.
I started my period since December though...
But I missed my period this month it's March now.... I've had really tender heavy breasts & lower back aches & tiredness. I took a pregnancy test 6 days after my missed period it came out negative..

Is there any chance that I'm pregnant?
