Hello. My Inner Labia Feels Really Rough And Bumpy. It

Hello. My inner labia feels really rough and bumpy. It has tiny tiny clusters of bumps. Quite a lot and it is very itchy. Recently I was suffering from fungal vaginitis. I stopped the medications. And in a few days I felt these tiny bumps. The inner labia is slightly swollen also. Is it a car of genitalia herpes or warts?
