Hello, My Labia Minora Are A Little Swollen And Painful.

Hello, My labia minora are a little swollen and painful. It looks like there is a small white pimple on one of them. No significant discharge and no odor. I have had this before. It comes and goes but is quite painful when I have it. Can you suggest what this may be and if I should be concerned.
