My lower neck stays swellen all the time be it summers or winters with running nose whenever out in cold be it early morning or late evening. This problem has been with me since last 2 years. I did consult a homeopathy doc who said this is because of tonsils. I took medicine for 6-7 months but I couldn't find any significant improvement so I stopped it. I am not up for any operation what should I do to cure it without getting it operated.
