Hello, My Mom Hit Her Forehead In The Vessel And

Hello, My mom hit her forehead in the vessel and she has goose egg on the forehead near scalp yesterday. We consulted a doctor and he gave some tablets. Now the swelling and pain got reduced, but we noticed a black patch below her eyes which is not painful. What could be the reason? Please let me know.
