Hello! My Monthly Cycle Was Over In Te First Week

Hello! My monthly cycle was over in te first week of this month. But for last two days I can see some red spot in white discharge. Is it the regular monthly cycle or is it something else???? I am really scared....do I have cancer or any such serious disease????

P.S :- I do not have any pain and this is the first time I saw something like this!!!
